User Agreement
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) is the official document of the Individual Entrepreneur Maksim Nikolaevich Karpov, OGRNIP 325774600029431 (hereinafter — the “Operator”), and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter — Users) who use the services, information, and features of the website located at https://kmn-rd.com/ (hereinafter — the “Website”).
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms when processing their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. By using our Website, you agree to the terms described in this Policy.
2. Consent to Personal Data Processing
2.1. Pursuant to Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, acting of their own free will and in their own interests, the User, by providing their data through the Website’s forms and services, confirms their familiarity with this Policy and expresses their consent to the Operator to process their personal data for the purposes, scope, and methods defined by this Policy.

2.3. Actions for processing for which consent is given: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, both with and without the use of automation tools.
2.4. Period of consent: from the moment the personal data is provided until consent is withdrawn by the User.

2.6. The User is informed of the right to request information regarding the processing of their personal data on the basis of a written request to the Operator.
3. Collection and Purposes of Personal Data Processing
3.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
fulfillment of obligations to Users (processing requests and applications, feedback, contract conclusion);
quality control of provided services;
sending notifications about products, services, changes in terms or this Policy;
compliance with Russian Federation legislation requirements;
improving the operation of the Website, analytics, internal support, and project development.
3.2. The Operator may request additional data confirming the user’s identity if necessary for concluding contracts and fulfilling obligations.
4. Actions with Personal Data, Storage, and Destruction
4.1. Personal data is processed and stored solely on electronic media on the territory of the Russian Federation, using automated and non-automated systems, for no more than 5 years after cessation of Website use, unless otherwise provided by law.
4.2. Conditions for processing termination:
achievement of objectives;
withdrawal of User’s consent;
requirement for termination (upon User’s application);
detection of unlawful processing or liquidation of the Operator.
4.3. Upon achievement of purposes or withdrawal of consent, the data is destroyed or anonymized.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
5.1. Personal data may be transferred to third parties only in cases expressly stipulated by the Policy or by law:
to contractors and partners related to the provision of services by the Operator, provided they comply with personal data protection standards;
to government agencies upon their request;

The Operator takes all legally required measures — technical, organizational, and administrative, including encryption (SSL/TLS), antivirus protection, access restriction — to prevent unauthorized access and other unlawful actions.
7. User Rights
The User has the right to:
receive information about the collection and processing of their personal data;
demand the correction, blocking, or deletion of their personal data;
withdraw consent to processing at any time;

8. Work with Minors
The Website and services are not intended for persons under 18 years old.
If you are a legal representative of a child, please notify the Operator at the specified address to delete the minor’s personal data.
9. Third-party Websites
The Operator is not responsible for the actions and personal data processing policies of external websites linked from the Website.
10. Policy Changes
Policy changes are published at https://kmn-rd.com/privacy-policy/.
The User is obliged to monitor updates independently.
